Registration Instructions 

Important Dates:
April 8, 2013 Members only registration begins.
April 22, 2013 Registration opens for all. 

BY INTERNET ONLY – Register quickly and easily online.  Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it is a convenient way to register and reserve a hotel room.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.    For wire transfers or mailing a check, please email registration@spine.org.

Important Information before Registering for NASS 28th Annual Meeting
Registration is only available online and a NASS ID number is required.  Please read the registration policies and instructions before registering and a link to register online will be listed at the end.   

If you attended a NASS Meeting or purchased a product you will have a username and password. Your username is your email address and password is either your NASS member ID number or an assigned ID number. 

Here are some ways to locate your ID number.  

  • You may have received an Annual Meeting promotional email that contained your username and password; or, your ID number (password) is listed on the mailing panel of the preliminary program.
  • Depending on the information in our database, you may be able to request your password here.    
  • If you cannot locate your ID number (password) and you have an established NASS login, send a request to the registration department.
  • Call NASS (866) 960-6277 or (630) 230-3600.


If you are a first-time NASS meeting attendee and do not have a username and password, please Sign Up as a New Contact.  You will automatically be registered at the nonmember physician rate.  If you should be registered under a different category, please email your request including your complete name, title, credentials, company, mailing address, job description, registration category, and phone number to the registration department.  If you are a nonmember resident/fellow please see additional instructions here.  

Your registration DOES NOT CONFIRM A HOTEL ROOM.  After clicking “Submit Payment” when completing your registration for the Annual Meeting, select hotel to proceed with your hotel reservation.  If you decide to reserve your room at a later date, a link to register for housing will be in your confirmation letter.  

Please note: If you are a NASS member, your membership dues must be paid to receive the member registration rate.
