Badges and Admittance:
Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to the education sessions and meals. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to all official NASS functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying or sharing badges, or using a Guest Badge when he/she is not eligible for a Guest Badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of NASS membership.
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via mail or email and must be postmarked or dated on or before September 9 to receive a refund less cancellation processing fee. Cancellation processing fees: Conference Registration $125 USD, Hands-On/Technique Workshops $75 USD (each), Instructional Courses $25 USD (each) and Guests $50 USD. There will be no refunds after September 9, 2013 regardless of cause. Email:

Registrations are not transferable.
NASS reserves the right to allocate up to $300 of all Annual Meeting Registrations to assist in funding the further development of the Spine Education and Research Center in order to advance spine education.
Limited one guest per attendee
– Includes participation at all breakfasts, lunches and welcome reception. MAY NOT be used as registration for associates who will be attending scientific sessions. Guest refers to a spouse or significant other, not a business associate, staff colleague or student.
Commercial Business registrants are not permitted to purchase guest registrations.
Instructional Course/Technique/Hands-on Workshop Only Registration:
: If you register for an Instructional Course/Technique/Hands-on Workshop only, guest registrations are not allowed. If a guest is registered under this category, your guest will be cancelled and your credit card will be credited the payment amount.
